Welcome to the website of Dr. Azarbakht. As a brief introduction, Dr. Azarbakht has received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (IIEES). He also spent time, as a visiting researcher during his PhD, at IKPIR Institute in Ljubljana University in Slovenia. Dr Azarbakht has joined the ARAK University in IRAN in 2007. His main research area is focused on the subject of earthquake ground motion selection in Performance Based Earthquake Engineering (PBEE). This web site tries to provide the related materials and publications in this aspect.
